Love it but need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item for another size within 14 calendar days of delivery!
Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We will respond with complete and easy return instructions.
CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR YOUR NEW DRESS? Good news! You don't need to wait until the returned item reaches our HQ. As soon as you send proof of postage to us (tracking number or picture of your postage receipt), the replacement item will be processed and shipped out to you!
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
- To be eligible for a quick exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After that time, all returned items must be received and inspected before any replacements are sent out.
- We do not cover your shipping costs back to us but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
- If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you via store credit.
- We are subject to only one exchange/return per item purchased. All exchanges are final.
- Our returns/exchanges policy does not apply in the case of certain products which cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons, being swimwear and jewellery.
- Please DO NOT return goods to the address on any shipping note that accompanied the original order. We will be unable to process any exchanges sent to this address. Once you have informed us of the intent to return we will provide the appropriate return address.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Dream it Wear it. however, if for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept for return any garment that is unworn and in its original condition. Returned items must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
Returns are processed within 7 working days of us receiving your items, at which time we will issue a refund and will follow up with a return confirmation email.
Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. We take great pride in selling quality clothing but in the rare event that you receive an imperfect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can look into this.
Our returns/exchanges policy does not apply in the case of certain products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, being swimwear, jewellery and final sale items.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
Any item that is rejected by our quality and control for reasons of not being in original condition (includes items that have been worn, washed, original tags removed, makeup transfer, marks or stains) must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made the goods will unfortunately be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this does not happen.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:
- All returns must be authorized by an RMA Number. Email email@example.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your order number, specific items requesting to be returned, and reason(s) for return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). Please note that any items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.
- Pack and securely seal the merchandise, and mark your RMA# on the outside of the box below the return address. Ship your return to the address sent with your Return Authorization Number. Please DO NOT return goods to the address on any shipping note that accompanied the original order. We will be unable to process any returns sent to this address. Once you have informed us of the intent to return we will provide the appropriate return address.
- We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be responsible for any items that do not reach us.
- We cannot be held responsible for returns sent back if these steps are not followed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
- Unless applicable, shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Items advertised as "Free Shipping" that are returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping fee (£12.00). Any orders that are returned will be charged this fee per item.
- Items returned from outside the EU are only eligible for exchange or refund via store credit.
- Items purchased under special promotions that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price are final sale.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased using online store credit are final sale.
