Right of Withdrawal for European Union Customers
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the purchased items. Please note that this specific right applies exclusively to orders placed within the European Union.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or customized products. We kindly request that you take care of the items you wish to return, as we cannot accept products that show signs of wear, marks, or damage.
Once your withdrawal is processed, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days from the date we receive the returned items or proof of postage. This statutory right takes precedence over our standard return policy for international orders.
