Terms & Conditions
This page on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website DreamitWearit.com (the Site) to you. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our Site. These Terms will apply to any contract between us and you for the sale of the Products to you. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You may place an order for any product advertised as on sale on the website. By pressing submit order you have committed to the purchase of this item. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your order has been placed. We hold the right to refuse an order and communicate this to the customer at any point before dispatch.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
An authomatic email by way of email will be sent to you upon receipt of the order. This is NOT a confirmation of approval. All orders pass through a security screening process and the card details verified. Once the card has been cleared the order will be processed. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may be unable to process your order if: (a) the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued; or (b) there is a problem with authorisation of the payment on your credit card.
All items are subject to availability. On the rare occasion an item is ordered and we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund that item and process the rest of your order.
We will deliver directly to the delivery address specified in your order. DreamitWearit.com delivers Internationally. Working days as classes as Mon-Fri. Please read our delivery pages for more information. Deliveries will be made to your door. We are not responsible for any additional carrying or positioning of products ordered. Once delivered, the Products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to Products that are damaged or faulty. We will not accept any liability for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. The customer acknowledges and agrees the shipping courier is fully responsible for timely and accurate shipment obligations and that Dreamitwearit's responsibility regarding order (package) delivery ends once the shipping courier takes possession of the package. We make every effort to ensure that your orders are shipped for delivery either on-time or prior to your desired in-hands date. Our orders ship from Europe, Asia and the United States. By using our services you agree that once your order ships we no longer have direct control over the delivery. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier which are not guaranteed and do not include the time to process your order. By using our services you agree that we are not responsible for delays in delivery that are out of our express control. This includes, but is not limited to, flight delays, weather delays, customs delays, holidays, additional paperwork that may be requested or delivery addresses that are designated rural and may require additional days to deliver. Our carrier averages a 98% on-time delivery but however rare, delays can and will happen from time to time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, this is unavoidable. We recognize that many orders are time sensitive so please take special note of this policy as it pertains to these orders. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address at the time of ordering. Parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur all shipping fees in both directions, import fees and taxes. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery without prior consent from us, or wish to cancel your order before delivery, then you have broken your contractual agreement to accept delivery of the goods you have purchased. You will be liable for all shipping fees in both directions, import fees and taxes. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any refused merchandise. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in case of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in delivery information. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already dispatched. We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order. Our official Discount Codes (or Coupon Codes) entitles you to a percentage off your online order and can only be used once per customers. Discount Codes (or Coupon Codes) cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions or offers. You can only use one Discount Code (or one Coupon Code) at a time per online order. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be exchanged, refunded, redeemed or replaced for cash or payments of accounts. Discount and coupon codes cannot be applied to replacement items. Our Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a Product's correct price is different from the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at your discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. Store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use.
CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Once your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it (or any part of it). We cannot stop an order once you have "Checked out". Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the Products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. All such Products must be posted back to us within 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of your order. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. Items must be returned in original / re-saleable condition. We don't cover your shipping costs back to us. All returns must be authorized by us prior to return. Any items returned without a RMA number will not be processed. All returns are refunded via a store credit that is redeemable on our site at any time. This store credit has no expiration time. Store credit is non-refundable and not transferable to cash. Items purchased using online store credit are final sale. We are subject to one exchange/return per item purchased. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged further. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please make sure to mark your returned parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid custom charges. We are unable to accept any incoming package that requires custom duties to be paid. We inspect all returned items when they arrive. Each product can be returned or exchanged only once. If any product you purchased is damaged, faulty or incorrect, when delivered to you we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product is faulty, you should return the Product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion, all items purchased as part of that promotion must be returned. Any item that is rejected by our quality and control for reasons of not being in original condition (includes items that have been worn and/or washed, original tags removed, makeup transfer, marks or stains) must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made the goods will unfortunately be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this does not happen.
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for items on this website, this is then legally binding. If any of these Terms & Conditions is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Contitions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.
