Love it but need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item for another size/item within 14 calendar days of delivery!
Simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We will respond with easy exchange instructions.
CAN'T WAIT TO WEAR YOUR NEW DRESS? Good news! You don't need to wait until the returned item reaches our HQs. Email us with a copy of your proof of postage and a replacement item of your choice will be immediately processed and shipped out to you!
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
- To be eligible for a fast exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. After that time, all returned items must be received and inspected before any replacements are sent out.
- If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you.
- We are subject to only one exchange/return per item purchased. All exchanges are final.
- Our returns/exchanges policy does not apply in the case of certain products which cannot be returned/exchanged for hygiene reasons, being swimwear and jewellery.
We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. We are happy to accept for return any garment that is posted back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt by you.
All items must be sent back to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and have all tags attached.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
You are advised to use a tracked service as the goods are still your property until we receive them. We are not liable for any items that are lost / damaged when returned via a different method that doesn't require tracking or signature.
Our returns/exchanges policy does not apply in the case of certain products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, being swimwear, jewellery and final sale items.
We take great pride in selling quality clothing but in the rare event that you receive an imperfect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can look into this. If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:
- All returned items must be authorized before being sent back. Email email@example.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). Please note that any items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship your return to the address sent with your Return Authorization Number. DO NOT return your items to the address on your received package or the package slip. We use a different location for processing returns.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, please make sure to mark your returned parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid custom charges. We are not responsible for paying any customs/import charges or taxes for returned orders.
- We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be responsible for any items that do not reach us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
- Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
- Items returned from outside the EU are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased using online store credit are final sale.
