RETURNS
We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. We are happy to accept for return any garment that is posted back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt by you.
All items must be sent back to us in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and have all tags attached.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover your shipping costs back to us, but any postage to you in regards to an exchange will be covered by us.
You are advised to use a tracked service as the goods are still your property until we receive them. We are not liable for any items that are lost / damaged when returned via a different method that doesn't require tracking or signature.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.
All returns will be processed for a refund in the form of store credit only. No exceptions. Store credit does not expire.
We take great pride in selling quality clothing but in the rare event that you receive an imperfect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods so we can look into this. If the item is found to be faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:
- All returned items must be authorized before being sent back. Email returns@dreamitwearit.com for authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- We recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be responsible for any items that do not reach us.
- If a returned item is shipped internationally, please make sure to mark your returned parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid issues with customs.
- After we receive and inspect your returned items, a store credit will be promptly issued to your account. This credit will include: the total value of the returned merchandise + an additional credit to cover you return shipping expense. All returns are refunded solely via store credit. No exceptions will be made. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept our Returns Policy.
